Editorial and Content Policy

This page explains how SonicToolLab creates, verifies, updates, and corrects tool documentation and technical articles.

Original Work and Testing

Tool documentation is based on the site's current code and behavior. Claims about input, output, limitations, and data handling are checked against the implementation rather than copied from third-party product pages.

Pre-publication Review

Before publication, a page is checked for a clear purpose, runnable examples, steps that match actual behavior, known limitations, data-handling notes, and traceable sources. Pages that contain only a title or generic definitions without added analysis are not published as articles.

AI Assistance

AI may assist research, structure, or language editing, but published content is reviewed by the maintainer, who remains responsible for accuracy. We do not publish unverified pages at scale for search ranking.

Sources, Updates, and Corrections

Version-specific, standards, security, and third-party service claims prioritize official sources. Documentation is updated when implementations change or errors are identified, and readers can report issues through the contact page.

Advertising and Editorial Independence

Advertising does not determine topics, conclusions, or tool rankings. Interactive tool pages do not load ads; advertising is limited to manually reviewed editorial articles and is kept distinct from navigation, buttons, and tool controls.

Correction Process

Correction requests should identify the page URL, the disputed statement or step, and reproducible evidence. The maintainer checks the code, test results, and authoritative sources before updating confirmed errors and the review date.
